What are the chains made out of?

Our chains are made of sterling silver and 14k gold filled, meaning they are durable for everyday wear and can last you a lifetime.

What is the cost of a permanent jewelry piece? 

We take a $20 deposit when you book your appointment and that will go towards your bracelet price. Our chains range from $45-$120 and we have charms as well!

How do I remove the chain?

If you need to remove the chain for any reason, you can simply use a pair of scissors to cut the chain off. We do offer re-welding once for free and any additional times for a $10 fee.

How many chain options and charms do you offer?

Our collection of forever pieces is growing each day. We currently offer over 20 different silver and gold chain styles. We also offer charm options such as birthstones and CZs.

Do you take walk-ins?

To guarantee you get a permanent piece we recommend booking an appointment which can be made through our website. We require a $20 deposit which will go towards the price of your jewelry pieces. Walk-ins are welcome but we do not guarantee a member of our team will be available at that time.

Is there a required age limit?

Anyone 18 and older is welcome to get a permanent piece. We require anyone ages 5 to 16 to have a parent or guardian present. We do not offer permanent pieces to children under the age of 5.

Can I go through airport security?

Yes! TSA doesn’t require you to remove fine jewelry when going through security. You should have no problem taking your jewelry along with you on all your travel adventures!

Can I wear it in the shower, pool, ocean, etc.? 

Of course! That's the fun of jewelry you never have to take off! Our chains are meant to go through all of life’s fun adventures with you.

What if my bracelet breaks? 

Our chains are made of high-quality materials meant to resist everyday wear. If your piece gets snagged or it breaks, we will do our best to repair it for you. Please note we do not replace or reimburse for lost chains.

Can I get more than one piece during my appointment?

The best part about our chains is they are beautiful solo or stacked. We are happy to custom-fit as many jewelry pieces as you wish.

Do you host private events? 

YES! We love hosting in-store parties and even offer incentives and discounts to customers who book a party. Call our store to book a private party!

How long does the welding process take?

Just a few seconds! After custom fitting the chain to your wrist, ankle, or necklace, we use a specialized welding machine to weld the bracelet. It is simple, fast, painless, and not dangerous!

Who should not get permanent jewelry?

We recommend anyone with a pacemaker or sensitivity to 14K gold not get a permanent piece.

What happens if I need an MRI or X-ray?

We always recommend consulting your doctor first. If removing the jewelry is required, we do offer re-welding once for free and any additional times for a $10 fee.
