Mulling Spice & Potpourri

This 1oz package of Mulling Spice is perfect for creating a delicious mulled wine or cider, or even a simmering holiday potpourri. Simply add the spice mix to your favorite bottle of wine for a unique gift idea. The package contains cinnamon chips, orange peel, whole allspice, and whole cloves, and is free from MSG, chemicals, and preservatives. To make hot mulled wine or cider, use 2 quarts of wine or cider and 1 tablespoon of Mulling Spice. Slowly bring to a boil and simmer covered for 20 minutes. Leftovers can be refrigerated and reheated as needed. A party percolator works well for doubling or tripling the recipe, and tying the spices in a cheesecloth bag can be a great alternative. For best results, store remaining dry mix in a cool, dry place. (Bottle not included.)
